These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of Service Credits and activation codes provided by Bitfi Corporation, located at 8 The Grn, Dover, DE 19901 ("Bitfi," "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing Service Credits, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Service Credits
Service Credits represent prepaid access to the Bitfi network.
Each activation code corresponds to one (1) device for one (1) month of service. Service is consumed when an activation code is applied to a device.
Service Credits and activation codes are not currency, not stored value instruments, and are not redeemable for cash.
2. Pricing and Unit Structure
The standard service rate is:
- 2,500 USD per device per month when paying in USD
- 2,000 EUR per device per month when paying in EUR
For each full payment of the applicable monthly service amount, the Customer receives one (1) activation code.
Service Credits may also be purchased in GBP, USDT, or USDC. In such cases, Bitfi will determine the applicable conversion rate at the time of purchase.
Bitfi reserves the right to update pricing prospectively at its sole discretion.
3. No Expiration
Activation codes and Service Credits do not expire and may be used at any time.
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
All purchases of Service Credits are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-use of activation codes, changes in deployment plans, or termination of service by the Customer.
5. Activation and Use
Activation codes are issued upon confirmed payment and may be applied to any compatible Bitfi device.
Each activation code enables one (1) device for one (1) month of service. Service begins upon activation and continues for the applicable period.
6. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is solely responsible for the secure storage and management of activation codes.
Bitfi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of activation codes.
7. Payment Terms
Payment must be received in full before Service Credits are issued.
Customers are responsible for any banking fees, wire fees, network fees, or intermediary charges associated with payment.
For EUR payments, funds may be routed through authorized partners as designated by Bitfi.
8. Service Availability
Bitfi provides access to a private communications network. Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
Bitfi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may perform maintenance, upgrades, or modifications at its discretion.
9. Suspension or Termination
Bitfi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the network if the Customer violates applicable laws, breaches these Terms, or if use of the service poses a security or operational risk.
Unused activation codes remain subject to these Terms and are not refundable.
10. Compliance and Lawful Use
Customer agrees to use Bitfi services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Bitfi reserves the right to refuse service where required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitfi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or profits.
Bitfi's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for Service Credits in the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. No Warranty
Service Credits and network access are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
13. Modifications
Bitfi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting.
Continued use of Service Credits constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
